Skop permohonan
Piawaian ini terpakai untuk semua produk modul TFT yang dihasilkan oleh XX.
Peralatan Ujian
Mesin pengukur elektrik, lekapan ujian, kaca pembesar, lampu pendarfluor, caliper vernier
Rancangan persampelan dan periksa keadaan persekitaran
Unit pembuatan (atau proses QC) melakukan pemeriksaan penuh untuk pemeriksaan penampilan dan prestasi elektrik, dan untuk pengukuran ukuran atau pemeriksaan khas, bahagian pertama setiap model diambil sampel dan diuji 5pcs.
Unit kualiti mengukur 5 keping untuk sampel pertama setiap model, dan menggunakan rancangan pensampelan pemeriksaan GB / -2012 satu kali untuk pemeriksaan penampilan, dan tahap pemeriksaan umum adalah II.

Pemeriksa perlu memakai cincin elektrostatik dan lapan katil jari di kedua-dua belah tangannya. Sekiranya ia adalah LCD tanpa polarizer terpasang, semua jari harus memakai katil jari.
Pemeriksa dapat memeriksa atau membandingkan secara visual dengan jadual perbandingan filem.
Sila rujuk sampel untuk ujian elektrik menggunakan lekapan ujian dan skrin paparan.
Jarak antara mata pemeriksa dan produk adalah 30 ~ 40 cm. Sudut tontonan pemeriksaan adalah ± 15 darjah di permukaan depan panel paparan menegak dan ± 45 darjah di permukaan depan panel paparan mendatar (lihat gambar di bawah)
Pencahayaan persekitaran: 800 ～ 1200LUX untuk pemeriksaan visual
Suhu persekitaran: 25 ± 5 ℃
Kelembapan: 25 ~ 75% RH

(1) Definisi kecacatan titik yang disebabkan oleh panel dalaman.
a) Titik terang: titik terang dan bersaiz tetap muncul di LCD di bawah corak hitam.
b) Titik gelap: Dalam gambar merah, hijau, dan biru yang murni, titik gelap dengan ukuran yang sama muncul di LCD.
c) 2 mata bersebelahan = 1 pasangan = 2 mata.
